I am an open coach - I share a lot of what I see and hear from the client so that he can push against me and dive into himself.
The coach works according to the international standards of the world's largest coaching federation ICF - without techniques and tools of neuro-linguistic programming (NLP). [Verified by CoachingUP]

My main values are

1) Do something meaningful - I try to be involved in something that changes my life and the lives of the people around me to leave my circle on the water. In the session, I help the client see the meaning behind this request and how it will help on a larger scale.
2) Partnership and Trust in interaction - I work with adult-conscious people in life and coaching.
3) Lightness and humor in life - everything I do should bring pleasure, the coaching process brings energy and joy.

Coaching for me is...

This is when we go into the dark forest to you in the depths, where you live, but you lost your car keys, and I have a flashlight. I don't know this forest, I've never seen what the keys look like, but I can light where you lost them so you can find them. My task is to provide searches as much as possible in partnership and ease, and your task is to find what you need!

My clients' cases

Of course, these are not all of them. Here are only those that I have the right to share without disclosing confidential information

CASE 1.

A client who had everything but did not see the point in further growing and developing. We worked for a long time, regularly, and in the end - he found a goal that ignited him in business, underwent an additional course of psychotherapy, closed all his past problems, and rebuilt his life-work balance.

CASE 2. Duration of interaction: 20-30 sessions

The client came with a request that he needs to improve the focus of his tasks, we worked for five sessions, after which he realized his process of motivating himself, developed his mechanism and was able to adjust the focus in such a way that he had time for a hobby and open his own dog training business and set up its promotion on Instagram.

CASE 3. Duration of interaction: 8 sessions

The client requested to change company, as there was little money and many routines. We worked for eight sessions, after which the client received a promotion and increased income—created a clear development plan.

Coaching benefits for the client

In my opinion (as a coach and as a person).
1) Clarity: Coaching helps you clarify your goals, values, and priorities. It's like finally finding the missing piece of a puzzle or finding the answer to a riddle that has been haunting you for months.

2) Accountability: Coaching provides a level of accountability that is hard to find anywhere else. Your coach will be your main cheerleader and a gentle kick in the ass, reminding you to focus on your goals and encouraging you to keep moving forward (even if you prefer to watch just Netflix).

3) Vision of the future: coaching offers a fresh look at old problems. It's like putting on a new pair of glasses and suddenly realizing that the world looks a little different (And yes, the color of the glasses is up to you).

4) Support: Coaching provides clients with a safe and supportive space to explore their thoughts, feelings, and fears. It's like having a best friend who is also a professional and who won't judge you for eating pizza in bed.

5) Development: Coaching helps clients grow both personally and professionally. It's like a magic potion that makes you wiser, wittier, and more beautiful (The list of required qualities is compiled additionally at the first session during the contract).

My experience in coaching

I sell what I use
I settled in a new country.
I have found a job.
I became aware of myself.
I stopped being anxious.
I stopped remaking, saving, and treating people around me.
I became more confident and open, so living became much more pleasant.

A quote to live by

What's important for me to keep in mind
I'm not interested in why not, I want to know what you did to make it YES. from the movie Moscow does not believe in tears. This is my approach to life, I do not look back and do not look for excuses, I look forward and look for opportunities.
